Our amchur is a little more volatile than many of our spices. Made from ground mango flesh, it doesn't have as long a shelf life as some of our dried, hard spices.
We have a handful of tins which have a shorter BBD than we would usually sell. Rest assured, we're using this batch in our kitchens at home and it is still delightful .... a bargain for those who are confident that they'll get through this delicious spice blend in a few months.
