Delivery (2-3 working days)

We charge a flat delivery rate of £4.95 for most orders. Some destinations will carry a higher charge but this will be calculated at checkout. 

Delivery is fully tracked.

International /offshore delivery

We currently ship to a number of European countries. The delivery cost will depend on the destination. All international deliveries are sent on a tracked service and usually arrive within 7-10 working days. 

Please contact us at hello@rootedspices.com if you would like to arrange international delivery to a country not listed on our website.

Customs or import duties may be charged once a parcel reaches its destination. These charges must be paid by the recipient as we do not have any control over this. It is the customer’s duty to take full liability for all postal charges, return shipping costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
